The house has a large living room with a flat screen TV, Blu-Ray player. There is no cable TV though. There is also a reading/sitting room with lots of natural light. The dining room is right off the kitchen and seats 6 people. The fridge and microwave were bought new in March 2016 and the stove/oven is older. There is washer and dryer (new as of March 2016) and the house has a fenced yard and pets are always welcome (with the paid pet fee(s). Guest is required to sign rental agreement in entirety 7 days prior to arrival. Guest must also provide driver's licenses 7 days prior to arrival. Cancellation without refund will occur if these policy are not followed. Check-in time is 4:00 pm until 7 pm and check-out is 11 am. There is a late fee of $75 an hour for check-ins after 7 pm, with prior approval. No smoking in the house. No beer pong or hookahs. Noise must kept to a minimum and quiet hours are 9 pm to 9 am. Please note this property is between cleaners and lawn maintenance right now so the house may not be clean or the grass cut when you arrive. This is a nice 3 bedroom, 2 full bath, brick house less than 2 miles off I-40. It has an large sized living room, large eat in kitchen, reading room, laundry room with washer and dryer and pantry, large closets, attached 2 car carport & fully fenced back yard. The house is on a quiet cull-de-sac. This 3 bedroom, 2 full bath, brick house has an over sized living room, large eat in kitchen, laundry room (with new washer and dryer), pantry (food not supplied), large closets, attached 2 car carport, fully fenced back yard which is perfect pet the pet(s). Pets are always welcome with the paid pet fee(s). There will be a charge of $30 an hour for guests arriving more than 30 minutes later than the arrival time that they give us on the day of arrival. Arrival times must be sent in the message thread upon booking. Between 4-7 pm. Late Check-ins must be pre-approved, before booking. $75 an hour comes with approved late check-ins. Non approved come with cancellation without refund. The living room has seating for 5 on the couches (and some older antique chairs as well) and is decorated lots of real antiques (not reproductions). The kitchen has an all new stainless steel fridge and microwave as well as a dishwasher and an old stove/oven. There are 3 bedrooms. The master bedroom has a king size bed and the other two bedrooms each have queen size beds. The house does have a flat screen TV and a Blu-Ray DVD player too in the living room (there is no cable though). Pet are welcome for a fee of $55 per pet.. No house is perfect, there are things you should expect to find from time to time such as spider webs, ladybugs, tiny critters or stink bugs (which are harmless) during certain times of the year. Staying at this house sure beats staying at hotel though. There are 3 bedrooms and 3 beds, but the maximum number of guests permitted to stay is listed as 10 since we'd allow for kids and family members to bring either sleeping bags or air mattresses. This however is not a place to have a party and we have neighbors who would definitely call the police should there be a party. We do charge for each guest staying (kids included). Each extra guest is $18 (plus tax) a night per person. We are between cleaners and lawn care right now. We ask that guest clean the property before checkout. Please keep this in mind because the property may not be clean. This is why the prices are set low right now and no leaning fee is charged. We have added an additional queen air up mattress that has a height of 22 inches, holds 600 lbs, pillow top, edge support, will not dip and has a built in air pump. We are working to replace the frame in the sofa.** Both bathrooms have a shower/tub combo. All linens and towels provided. We frequently dry clean the bed spreads, add new towels to replace damaged ones, and new sheet sets each year. Sunset Villa on Lake Tenkiller (NE Oklahoma) is a clean older double wide mobile home that sleeps 9 people with an exceptional view of the lake. The mobile has new vinyl floors and has been extensively cleaned but is more like a hunting cabin than an updated vacation rental. Bedroom 1 (MBR) has a king bed, Bedroom 2 has a king bed and Bedroom 3 has 2 twin beds. There is a sunroom with space for air beds or sleeping bags. In the large living/dining area there is are 3 twin beds. There is a couch that could sleep a couple of kids. The deck and view of the lake are spectacular! Large lot with room for your boat or jetskis or you could rent from the marina. The property is located about 1 mile from Pine Cove Marina and about 3 miles from Blackgum landing to launch a boat. Home is equipped with full kitchen and BBQ grill on the deck. Great location and place for an affordable family vacation or group to enjoy the beauty of the outdoors and lake.

We love our family vacation home "Jackie's Lake House!" It is close to everything from fishing on the lake to fishing on the river to scuba diving in the clear water of Tenkiller, hiking, birdwatching, boating, restaurants, 4 wheeler trails at Camp Gruber, and more. It is near Gore, Ok., Paradise hill, Pine Cove Marina, Tenkiller State Park and is only about an hour from Tahlequah and Tulsa, Ok. Upstairs is a private King Master suite with its own deck that has great Lakeviews. Queen bedroom plus bunkroom downstairs with full bath in between. Bunk room has access to front deck and can sleep 4-5 kids. There are 3 decks to enjoy the outdoors. The back deck has a gas grill, table and plenty of chairs to hang out. There is a nice fire pit with plenty of wood available and for your winter stay we also have a wood burning fireplace that makes cold days at the lake very enjoyable. There's also a nice size backyard for the kids to play and enjoy. The living room has two great recliners that have heat and vibration to relax and nap in by the fire. We are a cozy cabin positioned just steps from the water. There's an upstairs loft that holds a King bed, Queen bed, a bunk bed with twin and full size mattresses, and a bean bag room with toys. We have one room downstairs that holds a full size bed. You can see and hear the water from every room! Upstairs has a large balcony deck that also serves as covered parking for one vehicle. The lower deck boasts a nice stairway right down to the water! Watch for the bald eagle that cruises the water.

Home has a security system as well as outdoor cameras covering the outside of the property. While we want everyone to enjoy their time at the lake, it should be noted that it is located in a quiet neighborhood with year round residents. Loud parties and drinking are not acceptable.
